Yamaha Soavo-900M

Yamaha's Soavo-900M is a high-end speaker, and is the surround-speaker counterpart to the Soavo-900C center channel speaker, or the Soavo 1 floor-standing speaker, and it features the same styling and driver design.

It uses a 5" Yamaha "Advanced PMD" subwoofer driver and a "DC-Diaphragm" tweeter with an aluminum dome, and both drivers have die-cast aluminum casings. The cabinet finish is stylish and made of birch, and is available in several different finishes. The 900M has a maximum power input of 120W and nominal power in is 30W. It has the same frequency response as the 900C, from 56 Hz to 56 kHz, and the same crossover frequency of 3 kHz. The 900M speakers are designed to provide a wide range of sound outputs with clarity as one of the main focuses.
