  There are 2 shelf speakers and 2 floor standing speakers which can both be used as front or rear speakers, depending on your room layout. The center, 2 front and 2 rear speakers all have dual 2.25" woofers and a 3/4" tweeter.  The subwoofer is has a super slim 6-3/16" deep design to match flat screen TVs and puts out 130 watts of power through its 6-1/2" speaker.  All speakers have a glossy piano black finish to match high gloss TV sets. Advanced Yamaha Active Servo Technology (Advanced YST) is a unique Yamaha system in which the speaker and amplifier work together to cancel impedance to the speaker for a more linear motion.  This helps give highest levels of sound pressure and overall performance.
