Whirlpool WTW5200VQ

The Whirlpool WTW5200VQ is a lower end model top loading washer made available by Whirlpool. Although this is not Engergy Star certified, its sub-$450 price makes this is an affordable washer.  The super capacity plus white porcelin wash basket has a 3.5 cu.

ft. capacity allowing large loads to be washed.  The xtra roll action plus agitator circulates clothes from top to bottom ensuring that even large loads are washed thoroughly. There are 10 wash cycles including normal, casual and delicate cycles.  There are 3 water levels and 4 water temperatures to match they load size and type of clothing being washed, and the on/off extra rinse option allows extra rinsing if wanted. Fabric softener and bleach dispensers eliminate the need to return to the machine mid-cycle. The quiet wash noise reduction system keeps operations sounds to a minimum in the surrounding area. The matching dryers for this washer are the electric WED5300VW / gas WGD5300VW, or the more affordable electric WED5100VQ / gas WGD5100VQ.  The WTW5200VQ and matching dryers are available in a white-on-white (or white) finish.
