An upgrade from the Whirlpool ED2 models, the ED5FHAXV supports a much larger capacity of 25.4 cubic ft. (versus <22) and also features an In-Door-Ice dispensing system that moves the bin from the inside the freezer compartment to the door, thereby creating more space for up to “8” additional frozen pizzas. In addition, the ED5FHAXV comes equipped with a PuR® 6-Month Water Filtration that provides great-tasting ice and water accessible from a 4-button LCD dispenser, backlit slide temperature controls, and an Adaptive Defrost System (ADS) that monitors the compressor run-time and the on-time of the evaporator heater. The Whirlpool ED2KVEXV retails for $1349.00 (versus $949.00) in white and comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
