The Pros:Allows the use of multiple chat protocols with ONE universal app. Contact message history very useful (chat logs). Shared buddy lists from all contacts in one easily accesible space.
The Cons:You are allways asked to go pro and pay. No Google talk (yet?). No Skype compatibility.

#trillian I have been using this chat program since it was in its early pre-1.0 stages... they have improved remarkably on it, and now offers flawless access to ALL major chat protocols, as well as additional features that most of the messengers don't even have standalone!
