The Dream Cat Venus is actually a continuation of a previous model named the Dream Cat Smile; but unlike its predecessor Sega Toys claims the Venus is much more life-like. The Dream Cat Venus includes additional features such as automatic reactions to certain words including purring, and life-like fur covering the body (non-allergenic and without the pet-dander of course). No word as of yet to a US release date, but the Dream Cat was released July 30th, 2009 in Japan with an estimated MSRP of about $110.
