Microsoft Office 2010

Microsoft Office 2010 is an office suite for the Windows 7, Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, and Windows XP operating systems. Geared mainly for enterprise-level consumers seeking collaboration features, Office 2010 builds from previous generations via the introduction of extended file format support and an updated user interface.

In particular, there’s a new backstage menu that makes it easier to manage and print files, additional graphic-based tools for enhancing images and editing videos, and support for extremely large data sets in Excel. Unfortunately there are some noted problems, especially with stability. Microsoft Office 2010 is known to use up a lot of system resources and crash often. Plus PC Magazine reports that the auto-formatting in Microsoft Word is extremely intrusive.
