The Maytag Centennial MVWC300VW is a top loading washer with a load capacity of 3.2 cu.ft. from Maytag's low-end Centennial series.  The washer features Maytag's Commercial technology, DependableClean wash system, and a LoadFlex agitator for optimum cleaning results.

  It is designed with a commercial grade drive system for long-lasting performance and QuietSeries 100 sound packaging to ensure quiet operation.  The MVWC300VW comes with 10 wash cycles, 4 temperature settings, and additional features such as an automatic temperature control and a bleach/fabric softener dispenser.  The washer is only available in white and comes with a 1 year warranty.  It is meant to be paired with Maytag's Centennial MEDC400VW electric dryer or MGDC400VW gas dryer.

    Amanie: This model is discontinued. The X is on the newer version#Maytag MVWC200XW and the X is just part of the model number. I'm not sure it means anything in particular. Oct 20, 11

    Anonymous: Lid LOCKS during wash so it's difficult to add an item after startup, difficult to mix detergent with water before adding clothes. Auto water level...translate to LOW water level...you can't control or change this. I don't feel that the detergent is rinsed out of clothing. This machine did not qualify for any of the energy rebates. Paid $399 @ homedepot. I still like agitator machines over impeller or front load, but i want to control the water level... Jan 26, 12
