Funds raised are going to Hope for Hounds, an organization that funds the research of Dr. Guillermo Couto, a leader in Canine Oncology research at Ohio State University in Columbia, Ohio. Dr. Couto's research focuses on osteosarcoma, which is a form of cancer most common in large breed dogs such as Greyhounds, Great Danes and Golden Retrievers. His latest findings reveal a treatment protocol that results in longer survival rates than conventional chemotherapy.
The collars designed by 2 Hounds Design are called "Believe" and "Hope" and are available in both Martingale and Buckle style. The "Believe" collar features yellow and white stripes with purple and teal dragonflies with the word "Believe." The "Hope" collars feature a batik print pink ribbon design with the words "Hope" and "Love" and are available in pink and pastel. Six dollars from every sale goes to Hope for Hounds.

I wanted to do something to help cure cancer. I am excited about the progress Dr. Couto has made and I am happy to be able to support his research efforts." 2 Hounds Design has helped raise over< $10,000 since 2006 for Hope for Hounds by hosting charity auctions and donating a portion of merchandise sales.
