BikeCAD

BikeCAD is a free online tool for bicycle frame design. BikeCAD Pro is the commercial version of the program used by frame builders and bicycle fit specialists. With BikeCAD, you can design road, mountain, and bmx bikes controlling all aspects of their geometry.

  With BikeCAD Pro, you can also control the dimensions of a rider on the bicycle and tweak your design to fit the rider, thus enabling a custom-fit bike for real enthusiasts and those with special needs. Once you have designed your bike with BikeCAD, it's possible to get the design custom built by bike shops around the world (including US, Canada, Japan, Australia and some places in Europe) who specialize in making custom bikes. The resulting design can be printed or kept in electronic form - various file types are available including: BMP, CSV, DXF, JPG, PDF, PNG, and SVG.

BikeCAD software is made by The Bicycle Forest, a company committed to unique bikes and specializing in customized bicycle rental and design. One of their most famous bikes, The Couch Bike, which traveled across Eastern Canada, was featured in Adventure Cyclist magazine.
